Wedding Day Prep

• Arrive with clean & dry hair.

• If wearing extensions, arrive with these being clean & dry as well.

• Bring all accessories for hair (pins, pearls, veil, etc.)

Policies

• Day before cancellation: 50% of services will be charged as I cannot fill this slot in such short time.

• Same day cancellation: 100% of services will be charged.

• No call no show: 100% of services will be charged & I will not rebook you.

• If you cancel your appointment and want to reschedule, you must pay a deposit. It will go towards your appointment, if you cancel again or no show, you will not receive the deposit back.

• In the event of a wedding/ event cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled within 15 days of the original date, the full balance is owed.
